What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
- Welcome clients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments

- Educate guests on the benefits of massage and skincare services
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming spa environment
- Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

- Spa Soft experience is a plus (training provided)
