What Youll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Welcome clients and create a warm, positive first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Promote memberships, gift cards, retail products, and service enhancements
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and skincare services
• Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming spa environment
• Support daily spa operations and administrative tasks
• Help achieve individual and spa sales goals
