The role of Sous Chef involves leading our kitchen team to prepare our popular burger and wings menu with a focus on quality, consistency, and compliance. You will oversee your shifts, ensuring each dish is executed perfectly and on time, acting as the team conductor. Leading and developing passionate team members is key, and you will collaborate with experienced management and crew members across the kitchen, floor, and bar.

Requirements include being at least 21 years old, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership role, and experience managing banquets and events. A valid Health Card for Nevada is necessary. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred.
