- Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles.
- Use Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens to assess experience, skills, interest, and compensation expectations.
- Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Provide market intelligence, talent-availability insights, and competitive landscape information.
- Partner closely with recruiters and HR partners on intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring-team debriefs.
- Maintain timely and accurate information in ATS/CRM systems and leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms effectively.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
- Experience sourcing technical talent, including optical, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and process development roles.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting high-growth or complex organizations.
- Familiarity with broad talent-sourcing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking sourcing metrics.
- Ability to provide market insights and talent-availability recommendations to hiring teams.
