About the Opportunity A growing healthcare organization is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager to lead vendor sourcing initiatives across professional services and technology categories
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for professional services, consulting, and SaaS/technology solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and competitive bidding processes (RFPs/RFQs).
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements with vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and facilitate ongoing governance meetings.
Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Support risk management and vendor due diligence efforts.
Manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or related functions.
Experience sourcing professional services, technology, or SaaS solutions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of vendor risk, compliance, and contract review processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience.
Experience sourcing healthcare services, consulting, or technology solutions.
Familiarity with supplier risk and compliance frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
