    Do you want to help customers build at unbelievable scale? Imagine influencing the architectural decisions of the largest applications ever built. As an AWS Solutions Architect, you will own the technical relationship and success of customers using AWS services. You will help AWS customers solve business challenges and speed up their products and services to market .

    Solutions Architects give back to the technical community. You will author white-papers and reference architectures, to provide industry a point of view, on how to best use public cloud capabilities. You will co-create new products, deliver technical webinars, speak at public events, and file patents for what could be a future AWS services or features.

    Along the way, you will develop expertise in AWS technologies and the Amazon culture of innovation. It"s a rewarding (and challenging) role where you can do the best work of your career.

    Qualities we are looking for:

    • Enjoy working with Enterprise customers.
    • Passion for educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions.
    • Strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions.
    • Previous experience working as a Systems or Support Engineer, including pre-sales experience.
    • Desire to hone technical skills and develop new ones.
    • Using your skills to make strong contributions to deep architecture discussions.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on AWS.
    • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.
    • Take part in architectural discussions that ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
    • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions (e.g. Dev Days or Immersion Days).
    • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS Solutions Architect community.
    • Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as white papers.
    • Act as a technical liaison between customers, product development (service teams), and support.
