Title: Solution Architect Integrated Toolchain
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $56.00-61.00/hr on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - SAP Integrated Toolchain to lead the architecture, governance, and integration strategy across the SAP transformation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow, with a strong background in enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, process transformation, and lifecycle governance.
This role will be responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture of the Integrated Toolchain, ensuring seamless connectivity between business processes, enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and IT operations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Signavio Architecture & Process Governance
- Define and govern enterprise process architecture using BPMN/BPML standards.
- Lead process discovery, modeling, migration, and governance initiatives using SAP Signavio.
- Establish process intelligence frameworks and KPI monitoring.
- Align business processes with enterprise architecture and application portfolios.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
SAP LeanIX Enterprise Architecture
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models.
- Define business capabilities, application portfolios, and technology landscapes.
- Establish and govern Application Portfolio Management (APM) frameworks.
- Map business capabilities to applications, technologies, and business processes.
- Analyze dependencies and technology rationalization opportunities.
SAP Cloud ALM Governance
- Design and implement lifecycle management architecture.
- Establish traceability between requirements, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Implement release governance and quality management frameworks.
- Define monitoring strategies, business process observability, and KPI tracking.
- Support SAP implementation and transformation programs through Cloud ALM capabilities.
ServiceNow Integration Architecture
- Design integration architecture between SAP toolchain and ServiceNow.
- Align CMDB structures across platforms.
- Enable incident, change, and problem management integration.
- Define API and data synchronization standards.
- Ensure consistency and governance of operational data across systems.
Integrated Toolchain Architecture
- Define the overall architecture strategy across SAP Signavio, LeanIX, Cloud ALM, and ServiceNow.
- Identify integration points, dependencies, and data flows.
- Lead data migration, transformation, and harmonization initiatives.
- Design governance frameworks for toolchain adoption and compliance.
- Establish enterprise-wide standards for architecture, processes, and lifecycle management.
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Support roadmap development and transformation planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders, enterprise architects, PMO, and technology teams.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation and rollout phases.
- Facilitate governance reviews and architecture boards.
- Drive adoption and organizational change management related to the Integrated Toolchain.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or SAP Transformation Programs.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP Signavio
- SAP LeanIX
- SAP Cloud ALM
- ServiceNow
- Strong experience in enterprise process transformation.
- Experience designing integrated architecture across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of governance, lifecycle management, and operational processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- TOGAF Certification.
- SAP Enterprise Architecture Certification.
- SAP Signavio Certification.

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification.
- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
