Soldering Technician – Medical Device Assembly

Pay:
$25+/hr + 5% Differential

3:45pm - 2:15am
Monday - Thursday 

Job Summary
We are looking for a Soldering Technician to join a medical device manufacturing team. This position will perform soldering and assembly of small medical device components while following detailed instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Solder wires, connectors, and small electronic components.
• Assemble medical device components using hand tools and soldering equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect solder joints and finished products for quality.
• Identify and correct basic soldering issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with small components and hand tools.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Medical device, electronics, or cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Soldering certification is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
