Target bill rate: $75/hour (with some flexibility)

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement. This role requires a strong client-facing presence and full-time onsite commitment at the client location, focusing on SAP S4 HR, RCM , HCM and good to have US Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP S4 HR and HCM, RCM, Success Factor and Onboarding
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), and Organizational Management/Personnel Administration (OM/PA)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant skills
• Active certifications in SAP S4 HR and SuccessFactors
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate education
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance
• Experience in time management within SAP HCM
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a functional support consultant in an AMS environment
• Provide end-to-end support for incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements
• Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution
• Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities
• Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities
• Coordinate with technical teams where required
