Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

• Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

• Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary: 

• Receives and services tickets from the Autotime system.

• Develops fixes for business-critical tickets as required.

• Uses Springboot for timeclock backend.

• Uses Angular for timeclock frontend.

• Uses Python for job scheduling and running external programs to Autotime (PTO, HR Feed, Payroll, Labor).

• Uses SQL for stored procedures and querying data to help with tickets.

• Uses Openshift (Kubernetes) for containerized applications.

• Uses Control-M for automated job management.

• Checks and verifies jobs that run at 6PM EST Sunday and 2AM EST Monday morning.

• Provides on-call support for after-hours and weekend business-critical tickets.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Must have previous experience with Autotime.

• Must have previous experience with Service Central.

• Must have previous experience with Springboot.

• Must have previous experience with Angular.

• Must have previous experience with Python.

• Must have previous experience with SQL.

• Must have previous experience with Openshift.

• Must have previous experience with Control-M.

• Must have on-call flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes weekends.
