The Role

Superblocks is hiring a Software Engineer (2+ years) to join a small, elite team building a frontier AI coding agent that lets non-engineers create production-grade enterprise software. You will work directly with the CTO (a former founding engineer at Confluent) on making AI agents accurate, safe and production-ready at scale, as roughly 5% of the engineering team with major ownership.

What You Will Do

• Build an AI continuous-learning system with short-term memory, persistent memory and organizational knowledge graphs, so the agent becomes an expert on each customer's data.
• Build AI coding agents that generate, run, debug and test code, handling failures and feedback loops.
• Design new human-AI interactions and feedback loops for enterprise users.
• Build centralized governance for apps, workflows, agents, secrets and policies.
• Solve problems at the intersection of agentic AI, security and distributed systems at global scale.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend and distributed systems skills in Python
• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks
• Ability to work in the New York office 5 days a week
• Work authorization without new sponsorship (H-1B transfers and TN supported)

REVENUE: 20% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $40K-$48K; 3 seat(s) = up to $132K if all filled.
