This role focuses on onboarding work handling the growing volume of new product SRT integration requests so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. Description:
We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into Client's Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work handling the growing volume of new product SRT integration requests so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the growing volume of new product SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.

Required Qualifications
3 5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
Backend/software engineering skills writing and configuring production-quality code.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.

Must have skills :
System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills


Nice to have skills:
Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines
