Role Overview

progressive software engineer, an advocate of agile development practices, and

team of engineers supporting and maintaining software solutions at PDI!
You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our
market-leading software products as we strive for continuous improvement. You
will be working as a key part of an agile team to identify software issues and
optimize the performance of PDI''s enterprise software solutions while working
closely with product managers, product owners, engineering leaders, your team
and other stakeholders.
Our team is at the forefront of AI-assisted software development at PDI. We actively use modern AI development systems such as Claude Code and build our own AI-powered tools, including agents and skills, to improve developer productivity, automate engineering workflows, and continuously optimize the software development process.
With the variety of environments, platforms, technologies
& languages, you must be comfortable working within databases, C# code, web
services and hybrid cloud environments.
