Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance?

Summary: 

• Guides 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates.

• Facilitates all Scrum Meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Promotes Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization.

• Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

• Communicates project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

• Tracks team performance metrics and supports continuous improvement efforts.

• Identifies and removes impediments to team progress.

• Ensures transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts and dashboards.

• Ensures compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.

• Applies experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering while working with engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Active secret clearance required.

• Scrum Master certification.

• Experience using Jira.

• Experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams.

• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and promote agile principles.

• Experience tracking team performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement.

• Experience identifying and removing impediments to team progress.

• Experience using burndown charts and dashboards for transparency.

• Knowledge of government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols.
