Roles and Responsibilities:
" Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
" Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
" Facilitates complex problem resolution.
" Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
" Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Must Have Technical Skills:
1- Python Development " Strong hands-on experience in Python (3+ years typical) " Proficiency in: o OOP concepts, modular design o Data structures and algorithms o Package management and dependency handling " Experience building scalable applications and utilities
2- Test Automation Frameworks " Experience with at least one Python-based automation stack: o PyTest / unittest frameworks o Selenium WebDriver for UI automation o Playwright (modern web automation)
3- Automation Coverage " Ability to automate: o UI testing (web apps) o API testing (REST services) o Integration / system testing " Good understanding of: o Test design (BDD/TDD concepts) o Test data management o Assertions and validations
4- QA Testing " Create and Execute Manual testcases for both UI and backend applications " Experience using Jira and generating Test summary reports.
