SBM is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer! Whiletheprimaryresponsibilityofthispositionisdevelopment,workingonanagileteamwillrequirethis positiontobewillingtobeinvolvedinallareasofthedevelopmentlifecycle;analyst,designer,developerandtesterasweworktogetherasateamtomoveworktoastatusofdone.Thispositionwillberesponsibleformentoringassociatesoftwareengineersontheteam,helpingthemtodeveloptheirtechnicalskills.ThispositionwillalsocollaboratecloselywiththeSoftwareArchitectinestablishingandenforcingadevelopmentframework andstandards.

- Workonbothbackendandfrontenddevelopmentprojects
- Participate in configuration, build and release management, and testing of software with software engineers.
- Participate in the analysis,design, development, test, modification and integration of software systems orsubsystems for designated products and/or customer applications.
- Applicationcoding,unittestdevelopment
- Experience building enterprise product solutions and delivering those solutions as SaaS offerings.
- Experiencebuildingscalable,performant,faulttolerablesolutions.
- Strongobjectorienteddevelopmentpractices
- Maintenanceofexistingmodulesandapplications.
- Conductingdesignandcodereviews.
- Providing oversight of other development contributors through code review feedback and constructive criticism.
- Staytechnicallycurrentontheproductanditsevolution.
- ParticipateinarchitecturaldesignforteamandEngineering.
- Provide feedback regarding employee performance on development team to management.
- Recommend newprocessesasneeded to improvequality, cost, or on-timedelivery
- Attendregulartrainingtoincreasesoftwareknowledgeandtoremainuptodateonnewestdevelopments.
- Providedocumentation,knowledgebaseentriesandFAQstoassistincontinuousimprovementofdepartmentresources.
Education and/ or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree… etc
- Previous experience in working on projects within Agile software development
- Experience in full-stack development with an emphasis on Python using Django framework, TypeScript, and React Js
- Experience in working with relational databases from schema design into optimized queries, Postgres SQL is preferred
- Experience with AWS is a plus.
Compensation: $80,000-115,000
