By combining innovative large language models, autonomous agents, and Amazon"s unmatched first-party data on shopper behavior and conversion patterns, we"re creating intelligent systems that reason, plan, and act on behalf of advertisers - delivering insights and optimizations that vastly outperform manual campaign management.

    We are looking for a Software Engineer who will play a key role in building and delivering the systems that revolutionize how advertisers succeed on Amazon. You will be part of a newly formed team delivering full funnel advertising strategies for advertisers.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own it end-to-end - design, develop, launch, and maintain AI-powered advertising solutions and services
    • Build the tools - evolve the frameworks, services, and infrastructure that power this new vertical
    • Move fast - deliver results with bias for action on a business-critical initiative
    • Simplify complexity - enable advertisers with streamlined, AI-powered offerings that just work
    • Architect and implement robust systems in ambiguous problem spaces, defining both the technical approach and solution design
    • Deliver technical innovation at the product level - from guiding sellers through campaign setup to surfacing optimization opportunities that unlock advertiser success
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including scientists, stakeholders, and engineering peers to deliver complex AI solutions
    • Contribute to the team"s technical direction by providing expertise on system architecture and implementation approaches
    • Drive measurable business outcomes that strengthen Amazon"s advertising ecosystem and help more advertisers thrive
