Software Build & Release Manager

We are looking for a Software Build & Release Manager experienced in software configuration and release management, CI/CD, build automation, and change control.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software build, release management, DevOps, or configuration management.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, version control, and source code management.
• Experience with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Ant.
• Knowledge of software release planning, deployment coordination, rollback strategies, and versioning.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, artifact repositories, and dependency management.
• Ability to troubleshoot build failures, integration issues, and deployment problems.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
