Job Title: Software Architect (ServiceNow) (14168)
Location: Columbia, SC 29210 100% Onsite
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1 Round – In-Person
Candidate Location: Open to nationwide candidates. South Carolina residency is not required; however, candidates must work fully onsite in Columbia, SC, and follow Eastern Time Zone hours. All travel-related expenses are the candidate's responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow Development, Test, and Production environments.
• Manage configurations, platform upgrades, update promotions, cloning, and security.
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Develop and maintain server-side APIs and third-party integrations.
• Implement cloud integrations and automated self-service solutions.
• Support multi-cloud resource provisioning, governance, and process automation.
• Apply ITIL and ITSM best practices to improve service management workflows.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide advanced technical support.
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

1. ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience developing, administering, and managing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
2. ITIL: Minimum 2 years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience with a qualifying bachelor's degree, or 4 years with a qualifying associate degree.
3. ITSM: Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts, processes, and frameworks.
4. Server-Side API Development: Experience developing and supporting server-side APIs and integrations.
5. PowerShell: Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
6. ServiceNow Administration: Experience maintaining multiple environments, including upgrades, configurations, cloning, and security.
7. Workflow Automation: Experience developing workflows, forms, self-service functionality, and third-party/cloud integrations.

Education Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a related field, plus 2+ years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience.
• Option 2: Associate degree in one of the above fields or a related discipline, plus 4+ years of hands-on ITIL implementation experience.
