School Social Worker | Full-Time

- Monday-Friday schedule
- In-person services only
- Elementary and High School caseload
- ASAP start through May 2027
- Collaborate with another School Social Worker as part of a supportive team environment
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group social work services to students
- Support students with social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to promote student success
- Utilize trauma-informed practices and behavior support strategies
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work required
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License with School Social Worker endorsement
- DORA license preferred
- Experience supporting students with significant behavioral challenges, including aggression
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
- Experience with Enrich and the IEP process strongly preferred
- School-based experience preferred
