5th Grade Social Studies Teacher - Full-Time
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 5th Grade Social Studies Teacher to support elementary school students in Philadelphia, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons aligned with curriculum standards.Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, and tests.Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.Communicate with parents and collaborate with school staff.Support students in developing critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Studies, History, or a related field.Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate.Strong Social Studies knowledge and instructional skills.Classroom management and communication skills.Ability to support diverse learners and student success.
