We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, creation, and execution of social media content across the Levin, John V. Schultz, and Ashley Furniture brands. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing engagement, driving website traffic, and converting audiences into customers through both organic and paid social campaigns.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-savvy, collaborative, and passionate about creating engaging digital content that connects with audiences across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and execute social media strategies for the Levin, JVS, and Ashley brands
Conduct platform and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and trends
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
Create engaging organic content, including short-form video and trend-based content
Write compelling copy for organic posts, paid campaigns, and customer engagement
Paid Social Advertising
Design, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok
Manage social advertising budgets and monthly budget actualization
Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, testing, and performance analysis
Maintain customer lists, product feeds, offline event tracking, and other campaign data sources
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Monitor and report on campaign performance using platform analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data
Conduct social listening and reputation monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
Brand Engagement & Collaboration
Serve as a brand representative across social channels through comments, direct messages, and customer engagement
Collaborate with HR, Interior Design, Merchandising, Store Managers, and Graphic Design teams to create relevant, on-brand content
Coordinate influencer partnerships and community collaborations
Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for social campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience
Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, journalism, or communications preferred
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager required
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for Pinterest
Experience using GA4 and Looker Studio
Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
