We are seeking a full-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, patient-centered plastic surgery practice in Miami. You'll represent a nationally recognized, board-certified plastic surgeon known for delivering exceptional results and first-class personalized care.

What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of our brand's digital presence and help showcase the artistry, innovation, and patient experience that define our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Film and edit videos including surgeries, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments to publish daily on stories and posts.
- Collaborate with our physician on our podcast Beyond The Blade, and content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Manage and organize before-and-after photo galleries and digital assets, communicate with our website teams.
- Develop new ideas to grow brand awareness and online engagement.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of social media and/or marketing experience, preferably in a plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness environment.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent in both written and spoken communication
- Proficiency in content creation, video editing, and photo editing (experience with Photoshop or Canva preferred).
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
- Professional appearance and confident, upbeat demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $24 – $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Job Type: Full-time, must be available some weekends, can work in office and at times remotely. (Includes 90-day probationary period)
