Job Title: Social Media and Content Specialist
Position Location: Raleigh, NC. Hybrid - In office 3 days a week.
Job Summary:
The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content and social media plans that engage members, employees, and the community. This role manages content creation across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing communications, and oversees social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
The specialist applies analytics, audience insights, and best practices to optimize content performance, strengthen brand presence, and support marketing objectives. Additionally, the role manages newsletter strategy, production, and distribution to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging communications to members.
As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be:
(30%) Social Media Planning & Management
(25%) Content Creation & Management
(20%) Member & Employee Advocacy Programs
(15%) Social Media Advertising & Campaign Optimization
(10%) Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
