Description

This SMT Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading SMT assembly process development and optimization.
  • Programming and troubleshooting SMT equipment and production issues.
  • Supporting new product introductions and manufacturability reviews.
  • Driving continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborating with operations, quality, suppliers, and customers on technical solutions.
  • Developing manufacturing documentation, process instructions, and rework procedures.

Profile

A Successful SMT Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of SMT and PCB manufacturing experience.
  • Possessing hands-on SMT programming expertise.
  • Demonstrating experience with SPI, AOI, and ERP systems.
  • Showing knowledge of Box Build and electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Utilizing root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding ISO9001 quality systems and DFM principles.
  • Being eligible to work with ITAR-controlled products as a U.S. Person.
