  • Guide clients on HubSpot platform capabilities, best practices, and future-state operating models.
  • Develop solution designs, architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.

HubSpot Platform Leadership

  • Architect solutions across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, Commerce Hub, and CMS Hub.
  • Design lead management, lifecycle management, campaign attribution, nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and automation strategies.
  • Establish governance, security, permissions, and platform administration standards.
  • Recommend scalable approaches that balance business needs with platform best practices.

Data & Integration Architecture

  • Design integrations between HubSpot and enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, data warehouses, customer data platforms, e-commerce platforms, and custom applications.
  • Define data governance, synchronization, identity management, and data quality frameworks.
  • Lead migration strategies from legacy CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Partner with integration and engineering teams to ensure reliable solution delivery.

Delivery Leadership

  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions.
  • Guide configuration, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Mentor consultants, administrators, developers, and business analysts.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout implementation lifecycles.

Client Advisory & Business Development

  • Serve as an executive-facing trusted advisor for clients.
  • Support solution demonstrations, estimates, statements of work, and proposal development.
  • Contribute thought leadership and HubSpot practice development initiatives.
  • Participate in practice growth, capability development, recruiting, and community-building activities.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
