TMD Staffing is looking to hire Sit-Down Forklift Operators in Houston, TX!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-person / Freight Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate sit-down forklifts to safely transport freight throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring products are handled with care.
• Stage, move, and organize freight in designated warehouse locations.
• Verify freight and pallet counts for accuracy during loading and unloading.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Experience working in a freight or distribution warehouse preferred.
• Ability to safely load and unload trailers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Skills: Reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
