Forklift Operator – Sit-Down, Stand-Up, Reach & Clamp

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in the Pasadena area.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of forklift experience and recent experience operating at least one of the following:

Sit-down forklift
Stand-up forklift
Reach truck
Clamp forklift
Experience operating more than one type of forklift is a plus.

Location: Pasadena, TX 77507
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Hours: Some overtime and occasional half-day Saturdays as needed

• Load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift
• Move and store materials throughout the warehouse
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Stack materials according to customer requirements
• Handle totes, drums, supersacks, bags, pails, and palletized materials
• Operate RF scanners as needed
• Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack products
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and inventory
• Perform forklift safety inspections at the beginning of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse and forklift safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
