Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Siemens Camstar / OpCenter MES Solutioning Specialist with strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing, MES solutioning, factory automation, and equipment integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling, and Connect MOM, along with strong front-end and back-end development skills.

Required Skills

• 5-15 years of experience in Siemens Camstar MES / Siemens OpCenter, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of MES architecture, configuration, deployment, customization, and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Siemens Camstar / OpCenter

• Designer

• Portal Studio

• Modeling

• Connect MOM

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and Wafer Fab processes.

• Experience with semiconductor equipment integration with MES applications.

• Strong front-end and back-end development experience.

• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, REST APIs, and OData protocols.

• Experience integrating MES with enterprise applications such as SAP / PLM.

• Experience with machine integration and Factory Automation.

• Experience creating and managing Camstar/OpCenter modeling recipes, including downloading, uploading, and validating recipes.

• Experience collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data collection strategies.

• Functional knowledge of:

• GUI

• Tool Scheduling

• Recipe Management

• Factory Automation

• SECS/GEM

• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Testing Practices (GTP).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Siemens Camstar/OpCenter MES solutions for semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Participate in fit-gap analysis, process modeling, and process standardization with Area Leads and Process SMEs.
• Work with SMEs to define MES development and factory automation requirements.
• Develop and maintain MES solution designs, models, workflows, and configurations.
• Support equipment integration and factory automation initiatives.
• Develop and manage modeling recipes for manufacturing equipment.
• Support recipe download, upload, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Define and implement strategies for collecting real-time equipment and process data.
• Support SPC data collection and manufacturing analytics requirements.
• Work across multiple teams to gather, analyze, and document MES requirements.
• Provide estimates, user story points, timelines, and status updates for assigned work.
• Author and execute documentation supporting MES and factory automation validation.
• Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, SMEs, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve MES and manufacturing integration issues.
• Support solution architecture and contribute to project planning and implementation.
• Ensure solutions align with manufacturing standards, validation requirements, and established documentation/testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in semiconductor Wafer Fab environments.
• Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and PLM concepts.
• Experience with project management methodologies and software.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 100% onsite environment in San Jose, CA.
