Position Summary:
We need a highly organized and efficient shipping clerk to take over the fast-paced shipping and receiving components of our operation. The successful candidate will handle both initial shipping and any returns or replacements. When necessary, he or she will also cross-train and participate in other aspects of the business, particularly on the administrative side.
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Prepare daily outbound orders
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
- Auditing and filing inbound and outbound documents
- Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Contact carrier and schedule shipping for each package
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as required

- Effectively work with your team to increase production
- Interact with customers, couriers, drivers, and other employees in a professional manner
- Communicate with immediate supervisor and/or manager when needed

Required Qualifications:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
- Must successfully lift up to 25 lbs.
