Shipping and Customer Service Clerk - 2nd Shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manages check ins of all drivers, customers, salespeople, etc.
• Maintains the daily logs of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Enters Orders
• Prints Orders
• Collects payments from Cash on Delivery customers and sends to Accounts Payable.
• Handles will call orders.
• Dispenses orders to order fillers.
• Processes paperwork for outbound freight

• Maintains logs of orders and their disposition.
• Maintains assignment of doors for truck loading.
• Coordinates within house fleet of delivery drivers.
