Driver's License, Facilities Management, Firearms Experience, First Aid, Healthcare, Hospital, Microsoft Active Server Page (ASP), Military, Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST), Psychiatry and Mental Health, Public Safety, Safety/Work Safety, Security Monitoring
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience- 4 years general security, military or other public safety experience required with two (2) years of
experience in a related job where required to actively carry a firearm in the regular course of duty Required or
- an equivalence of training and job experience to support effective demonstration of responsible handling of weapons and use of force.
Licenses and Certifications- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 Upon Hire Required
- Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor (IAHSS) within 1 Year Required
- Carry non-lethal weapons such as a Taser CEW and/or a baton Required
- Carry company issued firearm Required
- Must pass pre-employment psychological screening Required
- Must pass and maintain all training requirements to maintain employment to include certifications in
Firearms, Taser, ASP Baton, Mental Health First Aid, and others as directed. Required
- Georgia Peace Officer Standards & Training (P.O.S.T.) certification Preferred
