    Description

    U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Philadelphia, PA location. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the completion of maintenance assignments; directs and instructs shift personnel, oversees completion of maintenance logs and forms; controls and issues tools and equipment. Functions as integral member of management team by troubleshooting problems and communicating regularly with managers.Shift : 8am-4pmMay be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices.RequirementsSKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    High school graduate or equivalentFamiliarity with plumbing, electric, and fire protection systems.A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems boilers, chillers, and HVAC control systems is required.Must possess a current City of Philadelphia First Grade Stationary Engineer LicenseAn EPA and USEPA approved universal refrigeration certificationMust conform to all city, state and federal licensing and certification requirements.Knowledge of CMMS systems requiredMust be able to read and work with blueprints and schematic diagrams.Requires work in confined spaces and on ladders or lift equipment over six feet from ground.Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.Must be able to work in confirmed space.Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
