- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring speed, friendliness, accuracy, and freshness
- Maintain high standards for food safety and quality
- Manage team schedules, breaks, and foster positive relationships
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing all aspects of the restaurant
