Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager of the a quick service restaurant , the overall responsibility would include :

Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority
Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders at the restaurant
Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations

Requirements
