This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you'll:Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedulesInspire and Empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience while following our policies to create a Safe, Respectful, and Inclusive work environmentEnsure a memorable visit: Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
