Location: 1622 MILTON AVE, JANESVILLE, WI, 53545 Shift Manager Job Description:This opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is licensed to operate under McDonald's branding and offers McDonald's menu items. As an employee, you will be working for the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee will be solely responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant.Your Role: As a Shift Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring customers enjoy a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As Shift Manager, you will orient, assist, and coach employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. As a shift manager, you will monitor operations, reallocate resources, and solve operational problems.Your responsibilities include: · Overseeing shift operations for quality, service, and cleanliness.· Coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting McDonald's standards.· Ensuring food safety, effective internal communication, and inventory management.· Answer customer queries, keeping up to date with knowledge on our food and promotions· Maintaining daily operations, managing crew, and ensuring exceptional customer service.· Focusing on safety, security, scheduling, and training.Job Type: Full-time, hourlyExpected hours: up to 40 hours a weekPreferred Experience:Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
