Operations Managers will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. We're providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:00pm) availability will be required.

We are currently looking to fill the following schedules:

  • Closing shift on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Team Spicy)
  • Opening shift on Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Team Original)
  • Opening shift on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Team Spicy)

Operations Managers ensure operational excellence throughout the restaurant by directing Team Members to perform their checklists and other tasks at ever-increasing levels of proficiency and efficiency. They also guarantee that every Team Member is demonstrating Remarkable Experiences all day, every day. Operations Managers create the daily setup sheet, define Team Member placement, and ensure all Team Members are completing assigned responsibilities per the positional checklists. Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring an exceptionally smooth, highly efficient shift.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience with solid employment longevity
  • Food service experience is preferred
  • Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills
  • Be of Strong Values, Ethics, & Integrity
  • Proven excellence in carrying out duties and responsibilities
  • Driven, results-oriented
  • Not known to be timid, nervous, quiet, or slow to act
  • Known for taking action, building consensus, influential, & purposeful

Uniform Policy:

  • No visible tattoos
  • No ear gauges or facial piercing other than one stud in the nose
  • No facial hair other than a neatly trimmed mustache

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of back of the house operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A's food quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage food and labor costs to meet goals
  • Execute Operational Excellence - Speed of Service, Accuracy of Order, Taste and Quality of Food
  • Go beyond everyday expectations
  • Ensure all standards and processes are achieved by all Team Members
  • Direct team efforts in order to achieve company goals
  • Take ownership for assigned responsibilities; hold team accountable for theirs
  • Create setup sheet and assign shift duties
  • Manage team member breaks
  • Verify team members complete assigned positional checklists
  • Develop a Team mindset with others to focus on excellence; gather the team’s input
  • Enthusiastically and optimistically lead all team members
  • Display a continuous positive attitude with both guests and team members
  • Live out CFA customer service behaviors to customers and employees
  • Conduct shift huddles – constantly assess and communicate shift efforts
  • Enforce Chick-fil-A grooming standards among Team Members
  • Treat everyone with a positive attitude of honor, dignity, and respect all day, every day
  • Be an advocate for your team and shift
