Operations Managers are the Aces among all team members and are responsible for shift management, running shift operations as well as overseeing team member efforts and activities in order to achieve desired goals. Operations Managers ensure operational excellence throughout the restaurant by directing Team Members to perform their checklists and other tasks at ever-increasing levels of proficiency and efficiency. They also guarantee that every Team Member is demonstrating Remarkable Experiences all day, every day. Operations Managers create the daily setup sheet, define Team Member placement, and ensure all Team Members are completing assigned responsibilities per the positional checklists. Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring an exceptionally smooth, highly efficient shift.Operations Managers will be scheduled for a 3-day workweek and must have availability on Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. We''re providing a unique opportunity to work full-time or part-time while only working 3 days per week, leaving you 4 days each week (including 2-day weekends!) to enjoy/pursue your other passions in life! Full time team members will work an average of 12 - 13 hours per day. Part time team members will work an average of 4 - 6 hours per day. Opening (5:30am) and/or closing (11:30pm) availability will be required.
