Position Type:
- Contract

Required:
- Meet production and quality standards.
- Cross-train in multiple functions.
- Adhere to compliance and control guidelines.
- Interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
- 1 year of Operations, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or Administrative experience.
- Experience with account maintenance, transfers, payments, disbursements, or client requests.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet production and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research.
- Handle reports, clear outstanding debits, and resolve escalated issues.
- Process and investigate payments and handle correspondence.
- Manage client requests, account updates, scanning, and stock transfers.
- Execute check and Fed wire disbursements and check stop payments.
Preferences:
- Financial services or banking operations experience.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.
