Description

SharePoint And Power Platform Developer

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Build and maintain automation solutions that support Technology Risk Management initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. Analyze and optimize business processes through automation and workflow improvements. Support, enhance, and maintain existing risk management and decision-support applications. Integrate applications with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systems. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform. Proven expertise in: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Development, SQL Server, Alteryx. Experience building and supporting business-critical applications in a production environment. Background working within financial services, banking, or other regulated industries. Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization. Experience gathering requirements, contributing to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and translating business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of software development lifecycles, APIs, system integrations, and application support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global teams.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with: ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, DevOps practices, SQL and data management, enterprise application integrations.

The Successful Applicant: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have: Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Familiarity with Technology Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Control Functions. Previous experience supporting global financial institutions.
