Class LTD is hiring an individual to provide direct support to the Director of Shared Living in assisting individuals in finding a caring, family atmosphere. Shared Living services through CLASS provide a natural, supportive, extended family environment for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities to thrive.individuals with disabilities delivering companionship, assistance in daily living activities, coaching on coping with challenges and completing daily tasks, assistance with basic medical needs and household chores, transportation, supervision/safety and (most of all) a caring and supportive relationship. The Shared Living Program Assistant provides operational, administrative, and compliance support for the Shared Living Program. This position works closely with the Director of Shared Living to ensure providers, individuals served, and program documentation remain compliant with state, agency, and organizational requirements. The Shared Living Program Assistant serves as a resource for Shared Living Providers, assists with on-boarding and training, maintains documentation, tracks documentation timelines, helps ensure the efficient daily The successful candidate will have a passion for enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities, a caring personality and an ability to be attentive to details. They will be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass a background check regarding criminal offenses and child/elder abuse. Experience is appreciated but not required. We will train the right person. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, Healthcare Admin, or management preferred Experience: 2+ years working with the IDD population preferred, but will train the right person Other Requirements:
