Setting Tool Assistant

Previous experience working with tools, mechanical equipment, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or manual labor is preferred.1–2 years of experience working with tools such as teardown, cleaning, or rebuilding is preferred. This position will work with customer field representatives and assist with the pickup, delivery, cleaning, disassembly, and rebuilding of Cyclops Setting Tools under supervision.

We are looking for a reliable and mechanically inclined Tool Assistant to support the maintenance, handling, and recycling of Fortress Downhole Tools. This position will work with customer field representatives and assist with the pickup, delivery, cleaning, disassembly, and rebuilding of Cyclops Setting Tools under supervision. Location: Canonsburg, PA 153177 days per week, 8-hour shiftsOvertime as neededStart time may vary between 5:00 AM and 7:45 AM depending on workloadA 14 days on / 7 days off rotational schedule may be implemented as the team growsWeekend and holiday availability required ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and assist with Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery.Wash, disassemble, clean, and rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools according to work instructions.Use company software to document recycling and tool-related activities.Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.Assist with tool deliveries and pickups as needed.Communicate professionally with customer field representatives.Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsMust be honest, reliable, dependable, and punctual.Previous experience working with tools, mechanical equipment, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or manual labor is preferred.1–2 years of experience working with tools such as teardown, cleaning, or rebuilding is preferred.Mechanical aptitude is required.Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new software.Basic hand-tool knowledge.Forklift experience/training is preferred.Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.Must have a clean driving record.Must be available to work weekends and holidays.Must pass a drug screen and background check.Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.Candidates should demonstrate stable work history and reliable attendance.TravelOccasional travel may be required, approximately 5–15%.
