Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in UI Builder, Script Includes, and Service Portal
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS/React
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, Service Catalog
- CSA / CAD certifications
- Experience in CSM, NowAssist (GenAI), Agentic AI
