| Job Description | Key Responsibilities " Platform architecture: own the end-to-end technical design spanning Incident, Problem, Change/Release, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management, aligned to ITIL v4. " Integration & security design: design the architecture for Microsoft 365 (Hybrid/GCC), RingCentral, and Active Directory/Entra ID (Hybrid/GCC) integrations, including granular RBAC that restricts Admin/Marketing users strictly to staffing-related case data. " Documentation deliverables: produce architecture diagrams covering HA/DR, integrations, security posture, encryption, and data flows; data dictionaries, API schemas, and configuration documentation; release architecture notes for each major platform update. " Compliance alignment: ensure the design satisfies FedRAMP, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, NIST alignment, FIPS 140-2 crypto, and continental-U.S. data-residency requirements. " Performance & scalability: define and validate UI/API response-time benchmarks, latency thresholds, and telemetry dashboards. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Required Qualifications Mandatory 10+ years enterprise IT architecture; 6+ years ServiceNow platform architecture " Minimum 6 years designing ServiceNow solution architecture, including at least one full implementation for a California state, county, or municipal government client. " Demonstrated experience architecting ServiceNow solutions inside a FedRAMP-authorized or similarly regulated Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. " ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent senior architect-level ServiceNow certification. " Hands-on experience designing high-availability/disaster-recovery architecture, encryption/key-management approaches, and RBAC models for multi-department platforms. Preferred Qualifications " Experience architecting Microsoft 365 GCC / Entra ID Hybrid integrations. " ITIL v4 Managing Professional or higher. " Prior experience producing FedRAMP/SOC 2/ISO 27001-aligned architecture documentation packages. | ||||||||
