ServiceNow Platform Developer

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Platform Developer) with proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This individual will be handson designing and developing scalable solutions that automate business processes, improve service delivery, build frameworks and integrations.

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer for their Austin, TX/ Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprisegrade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead technical design and implementation activities for complex workflow automation initiatives.
• Configure and customize ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related platform capabilities.
• Develop advanced workflows utilizing Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Support HRSD and BCM teams as required

 
Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Handson technical experience in the ServiceNow platform
• JavaScript – Client side and server side
• Experience developing integrations

• 3+ years of handson ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong handson development experience with:
• ITSM
• CMDB
• Service Catalog
• Knowledge Management
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• App Engine
• Mandatory: Handson JavaScript Client side and Service Scripting.
• Mandatory: Proactive and accountable
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience delivering largescale workflow automation solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.
• Strong consulting and clientfacing communication skills.
