Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Manager for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). You will support the end-to-end management of hardware service requests, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate asset tracking, and issue resolution.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $50/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Operations Manager Responsibilities include:

• Manage hardware service ticket requests from submission through fulfillment, resolution, and closure using ServiceNow.

• Review Break/Fix requests, validate warranty status, and perform repair-versus-replacement analysis based on cost and asset lifecycle.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely processing of repair quotes, parts procurement, and issue resolution.

• Validate and reconcile asset data across ServiceNow, CMDB, inventory, and vendor systems to maintain accurate records.

• Resolve customer issues promptly while meeting SLA requirements and minimizing escalation risks.

• Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance PC renewal operations and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Asset Management, Service Desk, or PC Lifecycle Management.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ticket management, asset tracking, and hardware request fulfillment.

• Strong understanding of PC hardware, warranty management, Break/Fix processes, and repair-versus-replacement decision-making.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
