Job Description:MUST HAVE GRC AND NOW ASSIST EXPERIENCE, NO EXCEPTIONSInterviews: Live, Technical Hands OnWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk.This role combines ServiceNow platform engineering, AI solution design, workflow automation, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and intelligent employee experiences using Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Generative AI, and platform native automation.The ideal candidate understands both enterprise risk processes and modern AI capabilities, enabling organizations to accelerate compliance activities while maintaining governance, explainability, and human oversight.AI Solution EngineeringDesign and implement Now Assist capabilities across IRM, Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.Configure and customize AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to automate governance and compliance activities.Build conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.Establish AI guardrails aligned with organizational compliance requirements.ServiceNow Platform DevelopmentConfigure ServiceNow using platform native capabilities whenever possible.Build reusable automation components following enterprise development standards.Support SDK and source controlled development where appropriate.Soft SkillsExcellent communication with technical and business stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to explain AI concepts to non technical audiencesCollaborative mindset across risk, compliance, security, and IT teamsPassion for automation and continuous improvement
