--Responsibilities: The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for overseeing large scale manufacturing processes related to machining, working on the floor level to develop, implement, and sustain improvements within the machining processes. This person will utilize a strong technical and theoretical understanding of CNC machines and their systems to make sure that new and current product lines are delivered within high quality standards and within customer timelines. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for vendor management, as well as working with multiple facilities across North America on new projects.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

--Requirements:

--10+ years in Engineering role (Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or relevant position)

--Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related focus)

--Strong understanding of CNC machining processes

--Continuous Improvement experience a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

--Experience with gauges and SPC, quality work

--Experience working directly with vendors
