    ServiceNow Engineer 
     
    Location: Orlando, FL 32801 (Hybrid)
     
    Job Description:
     
    The ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the following:
    • Administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform
    • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules
    • Creating and managing workflows, reports, and dashboards
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
    • Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
    • Managing user access and permissions
    • Performing upgrades and patches to the ServiceNow platform
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • 3+ years of experience administering and configuring ServiceNow.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
    • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
